Lr Mobile 5.4.1 Android - Import Error

Hi!!

Since last update i´m facing import error in my androir phone, when i try to import any photo, taken with external camera or the native cel camera the Lr send message "one photo could not be import". Also when i enter "All" photos in Library or any other folder i dont see the preview of the photo, but if I enter a photo to edit y can workit without problem.

any help? I cant use LR!

Have you tried to completely sign out of the app and then back in after power cycling your android?

I've tried to sing out, restart de andoird phone and singin again and i
recieve the same message 😞

Hi All!

 I  could be able to solve the problem. Since i was running LR from the external Memory y pass it to the phone memory, then I put a new memory card (bigger) to my phone and then pass the Lr again to the new memory. When I do this, LR re-sinc all my photos and then I was able to see the previews and import new photos.
