LR Mobile "Subscription Expired"

Hi there!

Recently I contacted the support (via chat) to help me with an issue I've been having with Lightroom Mobile. I've noticed I do not seem to be the only one with such issues.

I installed Lightroom for Mobile on my iPad, but it can't sync. "Subscription expired" it says. However, my Creative Cloud account is active. It is the Student & Teacher's Edition, but this FAQ states (under "Does the mobile app with Lightroom on my Desktop") that it should work. I did acquire my subscript via a third party seller, but not Kivuto (Which won't work, as stated here. However "(...) other third-party retailers (excluding Kivuto) aren't affected.")

The person on the chat wasn't helpful to say the least, saying he checked the resources, whatever he meant, and said I should go here with my problems.. Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated!
