I have a paid subscription to lr on my iPad, now it prompts to subscribe, logging in and out did nothing. Please help.

I'm guessing you're seeing an error that says something about "Duplicate Purchase." Knowing about any specific error messages is always useful to mention. I will send you a private message with more info soon.
