I got a new phone and signed in to my Lightroom account and my presets that I paid for are not there... how do I restore them?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble due to the missing presets in Lightroom.

Please let us know the version of Lightroom you are using along with the device (operating system) you are using it on.

Do you see your presets and images on Lightroom Web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries

Are you using the free version of Lightroom mobile? If yes, the presets are stored locally on the mobile device & re-installing them may have removed the data related to the app. You can try restarting the mobile device to check if that helps.

Thanks,

Akash

When you have the free version of Lr running you need to transfrer the data via an iOS backup. E.g first create a backup of all data from your previous phone and then setup your new phone from the before create iOS backup. Hope this helps. - Guido  / Lr Mobile QE
