Mobile app not working for Lightroom

Dear Adobe, I have the Students and Teachers edition from creative cloud, but can not use the app with my membership. It tells me my trial expired, which I do not even have. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this? I have no idea on how to fix this.

Hey there John, it appears all of these are for the PC version of the creative cloud, but I have the device that I have trouble with is the Iphone (so the APP version). Are there any fixes for this?
