I just got the update today for the new Lightroom CC "Bug Fix" & when I opened the preset option all of my presets were gone. Please help

As you are using the outdated words Lightroom CC, I need to ask you to verify what exact version you are running.
In Lightroom Classic, or Lightroom, click on Help, click on System Info, click on Copy. Paste first 5 or so lines into a reply.

I am just using the newest update of the Lightroom CC app on an Apple iPhone.
Then in that case you have posted in the wwrong communitty page.
