No full screen on Lr CC Mobile (Vivo V7)

How come my Lightroom CC Mobile doesn't show in full screen? Using vivo v7 mobile phone. It shows White bar at the bottom.

Does it go full screen on any of the other views? Such as editing images?

It never goes full screen even when editing images.

The screen shot above is in grid mode. Can you show what it looks like when you tap on one of the images? Also, can you post a screen shot of editing mode? Please post the full screen image without cropping.

Remember that when editing, the controls extend outward, but can be retracted by tapping the tool icon.
