Estoy pagando la mensualidad para premium pero ya van varias ocasiones que me quita las funciones premium y no puedo rescatar mis compras y tengo que cancelar y de nuevo suscribirme.

I see no Lightroom subscription for the email address you used for the help forum here. Please see this help advice, and try Restore Purchase: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html
When you say Premium functions are taken away, does this happen with just one account, or when you sign into a second account? If you subscribe one Lightroom account, iTunes cannot subscribe a second Lightroom account at the same time.
