Not able to create preset

I have downloaded some dng files, but after importing, creating a preset is in grey and doesn't let me create one.

From what I can see, it looks like that the app is in a signed-out state but not showing the correct UI. Could you try to force quit and restart the app and thereafter re-ign-in via the Lr Settings. After that could you try to re-import the dng again let me know if its now working. -Guido/ lr Mobile QE
