Original images on iDevice not Smart Previews

I do not seem to be able to find in LRM preferences the toggle to only sync smart previews. Now I am having original images in my LRM gallery. Is this different now with the latest upgrade?  How do I return to only Smart Previews on my iDevices in LRM?

The option has gone I believe. Over wifi it will always download the original.
