Pay for Light Room Premium, Premium Features Don't Work

Help! I pay for LR Premium, but the features don't work. It says my trial is expired. When I click 'restore purchases' I get the 'duplicate purchase' error. I don't believe I have another Adobe ID other than the one I'm on.
