Photos disappeared from lightroom mobile app

Hi, during a recent update of the lightroom mobile app, I seem to have lost about half of the images. Any ideas as to why this has happened and if I'd be able to recover them? Many thanks.

Hi I have same issue but I didn't update app and only pictures from two years ago still there. But the rest most important are gone :(( how can I see if it's possible to restore them? I didbt have subscription. But everything was saved in my app .. thank you for your help (Plz email @olyamiami@gmail.com)
