I am an educator and have a student using Lightroom Mobile v5.2.1 on an LG Stylo 5 and using v9 of Android. When the student takes a picture using the LR mobile camera, the little preview appears at the bottom left but after returning to "All Photos", that picture can not be found. The student has tried sorting by capture date and has checked that there are no filters turned on. The student has also cleared the cache. Any additional advice would be appreciated.

Hi Jim,

That shouldn't be happening, as the images are not appearing in the Lightroom app after being captured, could you ask them to check the mobile gallery to see if the images are saved there in a folder?

Also, if everything is backed up, could they try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Playstore and see if it helps?

Regards,
Sahil

I had the student look to see if the photos were in the mobile gallery but they were not. The student also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success.
