Pictures in Lightroom iPhone are gone

As the images are gone after a possible app update, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're using?

Are you able to see the images here? Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom

Do you have a subscription or a trial?

Please make sure that you're using the correct Adobe ID when you sign into the Lightroom app.

I have the same problem. Currently the version is 4.3.2. The LR shows no pics and tells me that my trial is expired. The iOS shows that there are 9G of pics in LR

I have a few questions that might help us figure out what is happening here.

When did you begin the trial?

Did it expire or stop working?

Did you get logged out or update the app and have this issue when logging back in?

Do you have more than one email?

Did you log in using the same email you use for this forum?

I am not sure when the trial began. I just downloaded Lightroom to my

iPhone, in February I think and I was using it the whole time. It didn’t

ask me to pay or anything else. Nothing neither expired nor stopped

working. One day I just opened the app, and I was logged out. When I logged

in everything was gone. Similar thing happened to at least 2 other people

I know. I am not sure if I updated the app, because I have auto update it

could have updated by itself. I am not sure. But I know that I opened the

app and was logged out. So I figured it updated. I do have more then one

email, but I don’t remember making any accounts at all. It was in February,

6 month ago I just downloaded the app and started using it. If I assigned

any email it should be the email I am texting you from.

I use trial. Now it says trial day remaining: 29. And I am sure this is the right account. I opened app a couple of days ago(probably after it updated) and I was logged out. So I logged into the only account I have and everything was gone.
