PRESET CREATION PROBLEM

When I try to create a preset, the lightroom for mobile application stops. I don't know if this is an app problem or about my phone. Somebody help

What phone and which version of the Lightroom app are you using?

It's a lightroom cc android v4.11

My phone is ASUS selfie.

Does it have something to do with my phone?

I have a Samsung S9 and am having the same problem. I save mine, but then it goes to an abyss somewhere
