Hi there, I opened lightroom to my shock that all my presets and images were gone :(( I deleted the app and re installed it and nothing's there is there any way I can get them back ?

Assuming that this is the free app, then this was probably caused by the bug on the 5.4.0 update:

The only definite option is to restore the device from a back up (iCloud/iTunes) prior to the update.

Another user has restored their photos by jailbreaking their phone and using Filza.
