Presets haven’t transferred to new phone

I had a whole bunch of presets which I bought and downloaded. I got a new phone and everything had transferred over to the new phone except for my presets? Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Hi there,

 

Sorry that your Lightroom mobile presets are missing from the Lightroom mobile app on your new phone. 

 

Please note that free user accounts do not sync anything to cloud storage and rely on local storage only.  Still, even after an app crash, all your existing photos and presets should still be there.  However, if you reinstalled the app, or install and sign in on another device, your photos and presets will not exist because they were not synced to cloud storage.
