Problem with mobile license

I have a Lightroom CC app on my iPhone and my subscription is active but i cant't use features for subscribers. "Restore purchases" doesn't work as well

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble.  I do see the same account you used to post your message here has an active subscription via iTunes.  Please be sure you are signed into Lightroom using the same email address you used to sign into the forums here.

If that is not the issue please try signing out of iTunes in your device settings before trying Restore Purchase.  To do this, open iOS Settings, tap on your user name, then tap on iTunes & App Store, then tap on your Apple ID+(user name) and choose Sign Ou

Sorry for the trouble.  I do see the same account you used to post your message here has an active subscription via iTunes.  Please be sure you are signed into Lightroom using the same email address you used to sign into the forums here.

If that is not the issue please try signing out of iTunes in your device settings before trying Restore Purchase.  To do this, open iOS Settings, tap on your user name, then tap on iTunes & App Store, then tap on your Apple ID+(user name) and choose Sign Out.  After that, try Restore Purchase again in Lightroom and once prompted please enter your apple-id and password as usual.

If that still doesn't help, let me know.
