Problem with photo importing

I’m using Lightroom CC on iPad Pro. Till yesterday evening i didn’t have any problem with importing RAW photos from iCloud. But yesterday I wanted to load some photos as usual, but nothing happened. No pop-up windows with error, or anything else. I deleted And installed this app again but still have this problem. Don’t know what to do

Hum... On my iPad I’ve never been able to import from iCloud.  The only place I can import photos is from Apple Photos (Camera Roll)

I have two options - camera roll and files from iCloud drive
