I have proof of payment from Google Pay, showing that my subscriptions are fully paid up to date. The day after the last payment was taken, Adobe cancelled the subscription due to "non payment". Google say that the subscription is active and the developers need to resolve it - I have provided Adobe with the proofs of payment, including the payment reference number. Adobe say that there was no payment, despite seeing the evidence of it, and the subscription is expired and that all I can do is ask Google for a refund.
Then to add insult to injury I just received a survey to find out why I cancelled. I did not cancel. I paid my subscription and for some reason beyond my control my account was expired.
What is the definitive best way of resolving this, as so far Adobe and Google are pointing at one another and telling me to "take it up with them".
