I having the same issue.

I subscribed the adobe lightroom on itunes and adobe and google play.

But i can't use lightroom on any device(PC、Mac、Android、iPhone).

Did you cancel the app store/Google Play subscriptions ?

I think the mobile subscriptions need to be ended before the Apple 1TB plan (which also includeds mobile) can take effect.

My first subscribe is Lightroom plan with 1TB on apple itunes, but is expired.

I wanted to get cloud data so I went to adobe official subscribe but can't worked.

And then I went to apple itunes renew again, is same result.

Finally I went to download lightroom mobile app on google play, but is'nt work too.

My credit card was charged three times, but it still cannot be used.

I see valid subscriptions (not expired) for both Lightroom 1 TB  via Mac App Store, and also the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription via Google Play.  

 

Are you certain you are signed into Lightroom using the correct email address?  You must sign into Lightroom using the same email address you used to post on Adobe's forums.  Try singing out and then signing back in.
