Renewal failed

Hello,

I renewed my subscription to Lightroom Premium through the iPhone app yesterday. 

Payment has been done but Adobe systems still says that my subscription has expired (same issue on the iPhone app and on the internet browser).

Please help.

I could find the solution myself by making "restore purchase".

Do you still have this problems: When I look at the server-side I can see a subscription applied to the same adobe-id which you are using for this forum. Hope this helps. Guido/ lr Mobile QE
