When trying to Save image to Camera Roll I receive a message that says :

Image size

Small

Maximum available 2048px

My only option is to press Cancel and the image isn’t saved.

Regardless of where I try to save the image, this message comes up.

Any suggestions please?

Hi,

If you tap on one of the image size options this should then save to the Camera Roll. Is this not happening?

Can you tell us which version of Lightroom and what device are you using? This may help other pinpoint the issue.

Hi

Please see attached screen shot as this pops up every time I try to share or save.

My version of Lightroom CC is 2.2.

Hi Claire,

What happens when you tap on either Small or Maximum though?

Oh my goodness! I just saved it! I thought the only option was to Cancel! As I hadn’t tapped on the Small or Maximum.  Thank you so much. I am now up & running. Seems like the most stupid question now, but I appreciate your help.

Thank you
