Subscription expired but its not

Hi, I have had Lightroom for iPad for a while with a monthly subscription .

I know get "subscription expired" and every time I try to use I can't use premium content .

My subscription is up to date and on auto renewal, so no reason for it not to work.

I've tried the upgrade feature within the app, delete product and re install, still no luck .

I tried to report a problem through Apple they say its your problem, please help me

Both my iPhone and iPad subscriptions say they are expired even though subs up to date - unable to use premium features. Help please x

Sorry for the slow reply -- just caught your post now.  I see a valid CC All Apps subscription based on the email address you used to access the forums here.  Are you still having issues?  Is it that your older Lightroom account has photos you want in your newer account that's not subscribed?
