I have a Lightroom mobile subscription. Apple says that it is active but Lightroom says it has expired. Now I can't use certain features. How do I fix this?

Your subscription appears to have expired on our side.  I'll need to get help from our server team to investigate this, and will follow up as soon as I have some info.

I'm facing the same issue, once I pressed the restore button, it keep loading for more than 15 minutes.
