I recently changed my personal account (what subscription was ended) into a new subscription via my school account. It is functioning, but when I use Lightroom on my Windows computer and open the Lightroom App on my iPhone, these two are not synchronized. What do I need to do now?

It sounds like the educational plans obtained through your schools does not provide Lightroom Mobile service, so the app on your mobile device is not syncing like your same account does on the desktop app.  Please consult with your plan administrator to confirm you have the expected level of service.  Your plan administrator can reach out to Adobe Enterprise Support if needed.  Thank you!
