terrible customer service - no on responds on chat, can’t upgrade to Premium on Lightroom Cc

i upgraded to premium on lIghtroom Cc for the ipad / iphone and the iTunes Subscription page says I am subscribed but the premium features are still locked and there is an error when I try to activate them.

I cant believe there is no way of contacting adobe by email, and the chat function doesn’t work - I waited an hour to be attended to and no one ever got back to me
