Thumbnails won't show on Android

Hi, I am using Lightroom Mobile for Android phone.. I am having problem that all of sudden the thumbnails wont show, it appears back only if I reinstall the application the problem comes back if I don't use the app for some days and open it..

I am using a very high end phone newly bought having Android OS version 9, RAM 6GB, local storage 128GB in which 100GB is free..

Contacted support they ackowledged technical issue but can't resolve it..

Anyone facing similar issue?
