Upgrade to Lightroom Mobile premium lost files and presets

I just upgraded my Lightroom mobile app to premium (free trial for now), and now I don't see any of my pictures in the app or the presets I had saved (there are no "user presets").

 

I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this?

 

If there isn't a way to fix this, I guess I can just cancel the trial and find something else or use the free version... I don't trust something that messes me up so quickly. But it is a bummer (other than the lost work), because I would have loved if this subscription could have been a good fit for my needs.
