Upgraded to a new phone now presets won’t work?

Hello! I recently upgraded my phone and had everything transferred from my iPhone 8plus to my iPhone 11, signed into my lightroom and non the app is working letting me edit photos or any of the presets I bought will not work / load ? HELP a lot spent on this

Hi,

can you please let us know how you had everything transferred from your iPhone8+ to your iPhone11.
Can you please explain in more detail what you mean with
"non the app is working letting me edit photos or any of the presets I bought will not work"?
