What is included in Lightroom Mobile Premium (Android/iOS)

I can't find details of what is included in this subscription. The app displays some vague features but nothing specific. The subscription is GBP£4.39 per month and seems to be separate from the plans listed here: https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html
