Your subscription does not have cloud access

Dunno why my Lightroom on my iPad Pro just became like this today, the four button on the top left just gone and it said my subscription does not have cloud access. Have anyone came across this situation before? I would be of great appreciation if you can help me.

Could it be that you recently switched to the Chinese App-store?  - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
