  1. Пришлось удалить приложение и скачать заново.Теперь не могу войти в аккаунт.Пишет"произошла ошибка",пробовала создать новый аккаунт на другую почту, выдает ту же самую ошибку.Помогите войти.

Sorry that you cannot log back into Lightroom app after reinstall it.

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which device are you using it? Are you getting any error message or warning while trying to sign back into Lightroom using your credentials? 

 

Are you using the correct Adobe ID to login with which you signed up?
