Accidentally deleted the Lightroom app & all pics & presets are gone!

I accidentally deleted my Lightroom app & when I redownloaded it- all of my presets both purchased & created were gone as well as ALL my pics!

I'm so distraught I don't even know what to do I have to start over or something? I need my presets for my business as I do it all via social media!! Help! Is there anyway to recover everything?

If you are referring to the Lightroom app for iOS, and you did not have a subscription, then the answer is negative. All photos and presets where stored on the device with the app, and if you delete an app you will delete all these data too.
