Add Photos grayed out in Lightroom on Windows

Hi, I am unable to add photos to lightroom. I just downloaded it. I am not able to click on the + or when I go to file and then add photos I am not able to click on the option "Add Photos...". Additionaly, when I try to access the Learn page, I can click on the tabs at the top but nothing shows up. Please let me know what you can do!

Hi there,

That does not sound good, could you please check to make sure that you are logged into the Creative Cloud desktop app, and also that you are signed in to the LR CC app (see the Help menu).
