Am I missing something here? I have Adobe font Lamar Pen activated. The font is not in my Fonts folder but it does show up in my Adobe apps (it also shows up in LibreOffice for some reason).

When I deactivate the font on Creative Cloud, it disappears from all apps. When I enable it, it appears in all apps. What does NOT work is the resolution in Lightroom (on export in the watermark panel) where I only get a bitmap representation of the font.

In Lightroom the Adobe font doesn't work well:

In photoshop it does work well:

lamarpen in LRclassic3.jpg

Turning the font on and off here immediately turns it on and off in all Adobe apps and LibreOffice

lamarpen in LRclassic1.jpg

In LibreOffice the Adobe font works great:

lamarpen in LRclassic2.jpg
