Hello! I have a question and don;t know how to resolve. I got the mobile Ligtroom App on my Ipad, purchased at the App Store a while ago.
Later on I also got the Lightroom-membership with 1 TB but this time for my apple desktop, purchased at Adobe. Does this membership also include the application for my ipad? And so yes, I can delete my membership at the app store for my mobile version and still keep it?
I need to know if im paying double and I can cancel one!
It sounds like you have two different subscriptions. You need both the iPad and your desktop to be signed into the same account for the syncing to work. If you contact Adobe support they may be able to merge the two accounts and cancel one of them. I'm not certain of that though because the original subscription was purchased from Apple. It's probably worth contacting them and asking. I'm sure you aren't the first person who has run into this problem.
