After a recent update LR won't set default settings on import based on each photos ISO.

Back in 2019 and before I would import photos and LR would apply a specific noise reduction to each photo based on its ISO rating. It worked flawlessly. Now it appears that setting has been removed. I read online that I can create a User Preset based on each ISO.

I created them for instance, one for 100 ISO, another for 200 ISO etc. And set the Presets to be specific to my camera model and then Adobe Default in Preferences. I can go in and choose my 100 ISO preset but not all of my photos are 100 ISO.

I am confused on how to set this auto default settings during import. I can't understand why this was changed so drastically.  Any help is appreciated.
