After exporting pictures, often they are grainy looking

For some reason when I process my photos, and export them, they come out grainy.  Does anyone know of  a way to correct this?  Thank you so much.

Lightroom Classic or Lightroom?

It says "Adobe Lightroom".

What size are you choosing to save when you export?

Quality is 100, and Size isn't checked but it says 100k.

I believe I have it fixed.  I unchecked the box that says something like "Sharpen For: " and after that grain is gone. 🙂

I have LR and I am running into similar issues. I don't see anything that says "sharpen for"
