No announcement yet from Adobe, AFAIK – but here's CNET's take:

 

"You can edit ProRaw images in the iPhone Photos app. The photos will have a raw tag on them in the same way HDR videos do. Since the file is DNG, apps like Adobe Lightroom will work, but will work better once they support ProRaw."

This morning, Adobe released updates to natively support the new Apple ProRAW format in Camera Raw, Lightroom Classic and Lightroom:
