Choose an image and apply the preset (you might want to choose an image that has has no other edits, as it makes it easier to batch apply just the changes that are included in the preset). Then do Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac) which will copy the edits that have been applied by the preset. Then select all the images that you want to apply those edits to, and do Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+V to paste those edits to the selected images.

If you use an image that has existing edits when you apply the preset, don't do the Ctrl/Cmd+C which copies all existing settings, instead do Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+C which will bring up the "Choose Edit Settings to Copy" dialog, there you can select only the specific edits that you want to apply before then doing the batch paste.
