In LR CC Classic - by the way, this name confusing theme is terrible (mainly when you search in the internet) - you have the shortcut "y" for the bevor/after view. Exist this also in the new LR CC (using it mostly on PC)4?

Many have complained about Adobe's choice in naming the cloud version. I don't believe there is anything that can be done about that. The before/after option is not in Lightroom CC at this time. It is not something that was "taken out" because Lightroom CC is a new program that was developed new. It is not an offshoot from the "old" Lightroom. Whether or not it will eventually be part of Lightroom CC is something that we will all have to to wait and see in future updates.
