Brought the wrong plan

I wanted to purchase the photography 20gb plan and it wouldn't let me unless i cancelled my 1tb lightroom plan. However, it refuses to let me do this because it was through the microsoft store even though i had removed my payment info and cancelled the lightroom subscription completely. Is there any way to change from the creative cloud storge plan to the photography 20gb plan
