Hello,

I am setting up an image library for an organisation. Our photoshoot often have people in them and we get them to sign talent release forms.

Is there a way a user can quickly locate this form when looking through a catalog? Can we connect a form and image through the metadata somehow?

Thank you for your help.

Sounds like you are using Lightroom Classic, not Lightroom CC, but I think the answer is no for both versions of Lightroom.

I have an idea that might work. When the album or collection is shared online with a public gallery, there is an option to add comments. You could put a link to the release in the comments section. This requires that the release form is available somewhere online, and it doesn't provide a direct way for people to return a signed copy.

Possibly you could host the PDF in the document cloud. I think that would allow them to sign it online.

Scroll to the bottom of this page for information about comments.
