Can not upload presets I created on my own in Lightroom

Hi there,

so I created a preset in photoshop and now I can use it in Lightroom Classic CC.

But the next step would be to upload it in Lightroom, so I can use the preset on my phone.

I can import the preset, looks like it's been uploaded, but it doesn't show in the preset menu.

I suppose there is something wrong with the preset I created. I tried to import a bought one,

this works fine and shows.

Next I tried to export some presets I created in Lightroom Classic CC, but it still doesn't work.

I exported a preset I allready use in Lightroom. But Lightroom tells me, that this preset allready exists.

Attached one preset, that doesn't show in my Lightroom.

Any idea, what might help?
