I downloaded some DNG presets and I'm not able to copy the setting or create a new preset. My app is up to date and so is my phone. Can anyone help?

? The image on your screen to 'Edit' - Does it actually have develop settings made to it by the Supplier? Ot is just as advertisement?
What other DNG files did the Supplier send you?
