Hello, I have Lightroom v.3.4 installed in my Macbook Pro with Catalina 10.15.6, I connect my Nikon 750 with a tether cable, but Lightroom does not see the camera. Mac Photos sees the camera and can import both RAW and JPEG photos. It seems that I am not the only user with this problem, does anyone have a solution?

Hi there,

Sorry that Lightroom Desktop.3.4 does not recognize your camera connected to your Macbook Pro via a tether cable.

Do you see your Camera in the Finder when you select "Add Photos" option in Lightroom Desktop? Do you have a memory card inserted in your camera when you connect it to your computer? Try removing it and then check if that let's the app detect the camera.

Thanks,

Akash
