Hello,
I have had a similar issue; however, I recently moved to north america from the middle east and once I changed my address and payment method on the app store I was no longer able to renew my lightroom subscription, I keep on getting an error message saying something in the lines of "you may not be connected to the internet".
Please guide me through how to fix this issue, I am unable to renew my subscription through adobe because it tells me that i have to do it through the app store.
