I currently have a trial version of the photography monthly plan and i downloaded a set of presets from a known creator. I tried importing them as a zip file but the program said that there where no profiles or presets in the file. I then proceeded to unzip them and add them as manually and again an error popped up saying they were not valid files. The presets are in .xmp format so i dont understand what im doing wrong.
Why don't you contact that creator and ask him? He knows more about these presets than we do, especially since we don't even know who it is and what these presets are supposed to be...
