I have moved countries and need to change my billing address to reflect this. The 'manage payment' page will not let me change a different country in the drop-down. I have followed the steps listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html however the 'contact us' link just takes me to the not-so-helpful automated chat box.
Can you help me out please. Thank you
